My name is Drew Anne & I'm so grateful you found your way here. I'm passionate about supporting individuals who are highly sensitive , have a loud (& often harsh) inner critic, & are looking to create clarity & compassion in their lives.

Through workshops, individual support, & group courses, I help people learn to deeply care about themselves, create authentic connections, & experience a sense of ease-fulness.

I utilize tools such as mindful self-compassion, meditation, guided imagery, & embodiment. Together we create clarity around your needs, boundaries, and ways you can better support and take care of yourself. A happy side affect: feeling more empowered and clear about your path.

Drew Anne’s soul purpose is to help create a culture where we love, accept & celebrate ourselves & each other.
A Mindfulness, Meditation & Self-Compassion Teacher, Facilitator, & Guide, she is devoted to personal metamorphosis, believing it to be the greatest catalyst for profound societal change. She is an activist for deep self love, wild spirituality, & fierce self-compassion.
Her work is grounded in creating safe spaces for individuals to open, & become rooted in their heart, returning to a deep sense of belonging within.
She draws on practices such as Mindfulness, Ritual, Self-Compassion, Embodiment, Imagery, & Storytelling to support individuals in healing themselves through their own potent medicine: offering oneself love & acceptance in each moment.
Drew holds her Masters Degree in Integrative Health Studies, is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, & is certified in Mindful Self Compassion, Journey Meditation & Guided Imagery. She guides individuals, groups, classes and workshops throughout businesses, festivals, co-working spaces, and pop-up events in California, Oregon, & world-wide.
