Drew Anne’s soul purpose is to help create a culture where we love, accept & celebrate ourselves & each other.
A Mindfulness, Meditation & Self-Compassion Teacher, Facilitator, & Speaker, she is devoted to personal metamorphosis, believing it to be the greatest catalyst for profound societal change. She is an activist for deep self love, wild spirituality, & fierce self-compassion.
Her work is grounded in creating safe spaces for individuals to open, & become rooted in their heart, returning to a deep sense of belonging within.
She draws on practices such as Mindfulness, Ritual, Self-Compassion, Embodiment, Imagery, & Storytelling to support individuals in healing themselves through their own potent medicine: offering oneself love & acceptance in each moment.
Drew holds her Masters Degree in Integrative Health Studies, is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, & is certified in Journey Meditation & Guided Imagery. She leads groups, classes and workshops throughout businesses, festivals, co-working spaces, and pop-up events in California, Oregon, & world-wide.
