During this group course you will learn the core principles & practices of Mindful Self-Compassion: a practice that enables people to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care & understanding.

Research has shown that Self-Compassion is strongly associated with less anxiety, depression & stress, emotional well-being, maintenance of healthy habits, & fulfilling personal relationships.

After this course you will know how to:

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism

  • Handle difficult emotions with greater ease

  • Transform challenging relationships, old and new

  • Practice Self-Compassion in daily life

  • Practice the art of savoring and self-appreciation



Duration: 6 weeks

Time: 1 hr & 15 minutes each/week

Location: Can be held in offices, studios, or private residences

Individual Coaching

1:1 Individual coaching sessions: 50, 75, or 90 minutes. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each client, with an emphasis on helping individuals connect with oneself, and gain clarity in their lives. Tools used include Mindful Self Compassion, Guided Imagery, Somatic Experiencing, Reflective Listening, and Thoughtful Inquiry.
